Insurance & Financing
We work with many PPO plans and will help you maximize your benefits. Please bring a photo ID and insurance card to each visit. As a courtesy, our team verifies eligibility, estimates copays, files claims, and follows up with your carrier. If you are out-of-network, many plans still reimburse for care—ask us to review your options. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA. For larger treatment plans, flexible monthly payments are available through third-party financing (subject to approval). We can also phase treatment to match your budget and timeline.
Your First Visit
Expect a warm welcome and a focus on your goals. We start with a conversation about your concerns, then complete a thorough exam that may include digital X-rays, intraoral photos, oral cancer screening, and a periodontal assessment. Dr. LeeAnn Hatfield and Dr. Ryan O'Mally will explain findings in clear, non-technical language and outline personalized options with transparent fees and timelines. If you are due for a cleaning, we will complete it at the same visit whenever appropriate.
After-Care Instructions
Comfort and healing continue at home. We provide simple written guides for common procedures such as:
